If there is an issue with a workshop or event you purchased, you may request a refund or cancellation, provided the following guidelines are followed:

Refunds​

At 361BIT, we aim to provide the best workshops and events, meticulously curated with care. In cases where we cannot meet your expectations or encounter unforeseen issues, we may have to cancel your registration. You will be notified promptly if such an event occurs. If payment was made online (not in cash), a refund will be initiated once our team confirms your request. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, and you will be notified when the transaction is completed.​

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by 361BIT:

361BIT reserves the right to cancel any event, workshop, or meetup at any time. If an event is canceled, all registered attendees will be notified promptly via email and/or phone, and a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.

Cancellation by Member

If you are unable to attend a workshop or event you have registered for, refer to the refund policies specific to each event or contact the organizer before registering. Cancellation and refund policies may vary by event.

No-shows:

If you do not attend a workshop or event without prior notification of cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of 361BIT on a case-by-case basis.
