We also want to make sure you have are warding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at 361BIT. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at 361BIT, you agree to the terms set forth below along with 361BIT’s Privacy Policy. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have () to issue a refund and return your item. Refunds

We at 361BIT commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single service that you choose is thoroughly curated with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our services. Sadly, there are times when we may not serve you and may face some issues with our services. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. At the same time we try to serve and get to you the best services. Your refund may take from 3-7 business days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

Currently the shipping is not applicable, as all the services are provided digitally on our website.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event or workshop that you have registered for. In such cases, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure a fair and transparent process for all attendees.

Cancellation by 361BIT:

361BIT reserves the right to cancel any event, workshop, or meetup at any time. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event, we will notify all registered attendees as soon as possible via email and/or phone. In such cases, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Cancellation by Member

If you are unable to attend an event that you have registered for, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event. In such cases, we will refund your registration fee, minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of the event, we will not be able to issue a refund.

No-shows:

If you do not attend an event or workshop and do not notify us of your cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 361BIT.
